Nothing. The first call to discuss the property, the stage and the goal is free and carries no obligation. We only begin charging once we know the job is real and we state the fee plainly before any work starts.
Our coordination method travels well, but the home authority paperwork differs by city. The honest answer is to ask in the first call. If the site lies where we cannot act with local knowledge, we will say so and point to a better path rather than take the fee.
We answer every enquiry within one working day. A renovation programme or a small-lot feasibility short read usually follows within five working days once the site facts are shared. Urgent site decisions are always handled by phone on the day.
